Meghan Markle Unveils Strawberry Jam as Debut Product for New Brand

Meghan Markle

The Duchess of Sussex is stepping into the world of entrepreneurship with the launch of her own line of homeware and recipes. Meghan Markle has introduced the inaugural offering from her latest business venture: a jar of strawberry jam.

It appears that Meghan has gifted a select few of her friends with a special edition jar of this delectable spread, providing a sneak peek before her brand, American Riviera Orchard, officially unveils a range of products.

Fashion designer Tracy Robbins shared two snapshots of the jam jar, which arrived nestled amidst a basket of lemons, courtesy of the Duchess.

The jar bore the mark “17 of 50,” indicating its limited edition status, and Tracy shared an image of the thoughtful gesture on her Instagram, captioning it with the words “Breakfast, lunch, and dinner just got a little sweeter.”

Back in March, Meghan announced her foray into the business world through an Instagram teaser video. The clip featured the Duchess engaged in cooking activities and arranging flowers, all set to the tune of Nancy Wilson’s “I Wish You Love.” It concluded with the reveal of the brand’s logo, American Riviera Orchard, elegantly scripted in gold, alongside the word “Montecito,” the luxurious California locale where Meghan and Prince Harry reside.

While details about Meghan’s new project remain scarce, a trademark application filed in February hints at a diverse range of offerings. According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office website, American Riviera Orchard aims to provide downloadable and printed recipe books, tableware, textiles, as well as jams and marmalades.
