Wiltshire IT Firm Announces New Managing Director

Chippenham-based Mintivo has revealed the appointment of a new managing director, marking a significant transition for the company. Alex Jukes, who has been with Mintivo for over three years and boasts more than a decade of experience in the industry, will assume the role, succeeding Chris Gough.

Expressing his enthusiasm for his new role, Mr. Jukes stated, “I’m truly excited about this opportunity. It’s been a goal of mine to step into a position like this, and I’m fortunate to do so at a time when Mintivo is thriving and supported by a stellar team, especially a robust management team I can rely on.”

Mr. Gough, who will continue to serve on the company’s board, disclosed that the transition had been meticulously planned for over six months. “Leading this extraordinary team since our inception in 2018 has been an honor, and I’m incredibly proud of our collective achievements,” he remarked.

Mintivo caters to a diverse clientele, including entities in financial services, defense, recruitment, professional services, hospitality, and the charitable sector. Notably, it has recently secured long-term partnerships with Dorothy House Hospice near Bath, Wiltshire Air Ambulance, and Bristol Drug Project.

Looking ahead, Mr. Jukes disclosed plans for a significant investment in upgrading Mintivo’s ITSM system. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiency while empowering the company’s teams to prioritize customer service.

Executive Chairman Steve Healy expressed confidence in Mr. Jukes’ leadership, citing his extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence. “We view this as an exceptional opportunity for Alex to guide Mintivo into its next phase of expansion,” Mr. Healy affirmed.

Mintivo has observed a surge in inquiries from new customers seeking IT support and strategic counsel, averaging two new clients per month. This uptick aligns with the company’s vision to spearhead digital transformations for businesses across various sectors.
