Venera Tabakin is a London-based fashion designer known for crafting seductive, sophisticated gowns that celebrate the power and beauty of femininity. Her creative journey began not in Europe, but on the island of Phuket, Thailand, where she made history as the first non-Thai designer to present her collections. Upon returning to the UK, Venera’s passion for fashion evolved into a globally recognized brand. For the past seven years, her designs have graced the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival—worn by acclaimed actresses such as Lea Mornar and Kiera Chaplin, often styled with Chopard’s iconic jewelry. She has also worked behind the scenes in film, serving as a producer and costume designer for a number of short film projects.
Her work extends far beyond style—Venera is a dedicated advocate for women’s empowerment. She proudly supports the SHE SQUAD and the “Yes She Cannes” initiative, both led by Faith Elizabeth, which highlight and celebrate women in the film industry.
