Cryptocurrency debit-card service BingCard has had its overall rating suspended by Trustpilot, which says it has removed a number of fake reviews from the company’s profile and cites a breach of its guidelines. The warning appears at the top of BingCard’s Trustpilot page, above 52 reviews that remain visible on the platform.
“This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines,” the notice reads. A separate panel adds: “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.” Trustpilot does not disclose how many reviews were removed, in which direction they skewed, or whether any of the reviews still visible remain under review.
Of the 52 reviews currently on BingCard’s profile, 45 are rated one star, the lowest score Trustpilot allows, according to the platform’s own breakdown. Only four reviews are rated five stars, with single reviews at two, three and four stars. The reviews span roughly five months, from March through July 2026, and describe a consistent pattern of complaints.
The most common complaint is money that will not move. Several reviewers describe deposits or withdrawals that become stuck showing “processing” for hours or weeks with no resolution. “Scammed me. Deposited $30 to get their virtual crypto debit card, didnt allow me since I was short on funds so I tried to withdraw,” wrote a reviewer named Jammy on July 19, 2026, adding that a subsequent attempt to convert the balance to USDT “has been stuck on processing for several hours and no response from support.” A reviewer using the name B. Arnault described a similar experience on May 22: a virtual card was declined, and after requesting a withdrawal, “it became stuck permanently and always shows ‘processing.’ There is no real progress, and I cannot access my money.”
Multiple reviewers say BingCard’s support team stopped responding once a problem arose. “They are not responding to the withdrawal problems, and I can not get my money back and I have screenshots from everything,” wrote a reviewer identified as Amirhossein Amiri on July 14. A reviewer using the name padro described waiting almost a month for a deposit of 1.32 XMR to appear, writing on June 23 that support “tells me she will forward it to the finance team and boom no follow up,” and calling the situation “borderline fraud.”
Other reviewers say fees and currency conversions ate into their balances unexpectedly. “This is definitely SCAM service! The fee is very high and they never return money especially when you want to exchange between different currencies,” wrote a reviewer named Casey Dart on June 29. A reviewer identified as Abdo Zentani described transferring 16.3 USDT and receiving 14.7 after fees on April 27, then watching a follow-up balance “drop to just $0.25 — completely gone,” and said the platform “drains users’ money through multiple hidden fees with no prior notice.”
A number of reviews go further and accuse BingCard outright of theft. “ITs Fake Company!!! they will never return your money! and they will never answer after first deposit,” wrote a reviewer named Mansoor Qurishi. A reviewer using the handle TA Hoya headlined their review “SCAM ALERT” and urged others to “Avoid #Bingcard at all costs.” Reviewer Alberto Conigli, describing two months of prior card use, wrote on April 24 that BingCard “failed to accredit my last USDT deposit,” and said flatly: “Bingcard decided to kept (stole) my money.” A reviewer named Andy wrote in March: “Horrible thieves, they stole my money. Don’t deposit money to these thieves.”
BingCard’s Trustpilot listing shows no public reply to any of the reviews cited above, and the company has not issued any public statement addressing Trustpilot’s fake-review finding or the customer complaints. BingCard did not respond to a request for comment sent to the contact address listed on its Trustpilot profile.
Readers considering the service should weigh the volume and consistency of the complaints above against the fact that Trustpilot has not verified any individual review, and has flagged the company’s overall profile as compromised by fake reviews in an unspecified direction.
